Surfer Golden Ale is our best-selling all-grain beer kit, and now we are delighted to be able to offer this beer as a Fresh Wort Kit. The wort is professionally brewed by Austmann Brewery and aseptically filled in bag-in-box. The beer is a very good clone of the award-winning Big Wave Golden Ale from Kona Brewing in Hawaii, distinguished with several gold medals both in the USA and internationally.

• Contents: 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, hopped with Galaxy and Citra, yeast, and instructions.
• 100% ready for fermentation! Transfer to fermenter and add yeast.

Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Brewery, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the goal of providing our customers the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready for use, and clarifying agent and yeast nutrient have been added during the boil. You do not need to top up with water, so just pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
