Weld-free bulkhead with ball lock beer post – ball lock on your fermenter
A weld-free bulkhead with a ball lock beer (liquid) post. It lets you use ball lock quick disconnects on your fermenter, for example when transferring beer to kegs with CO2.
The bulkhead has 1/4" BSP threads, an O-ring and a lock nut. It can be fitted to almost anything up to 1 cm thick. All you need is a hole of approx. 11 mm diameter, no welding.

How do I fit the bulkhead?
Drill a hole of approx. 11 mm, push the bulkhead through with the O-ring in place and tighten the lock nut on the inside. The wall can be up to 1 cm thick.

What can it be used for?
It can be used, for example, to transfer beer from fermenter to keg under CO2 pressure, just as with a Cornelius keg.
