Description

The Missing Link Happy Ending Pork & Rib Rub – BBQ rub for ribs and pulled pork

Happy Ending Pork & Rib Rub is a BBQ rub for anyone who wants great ribs, pulled pork, chicken and other meat that spends a long time on the grill or in the smoker. The rub is inspired by Texas BBQ and made for indirect grilling and low and slow cooking, with a bold, balanced and aromatic flavour.

The blend is built on cane sugar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, chipotle, black pepper, ginger and cumin. This gives sweetness, heat and spicy depth. The rub is less salty than many others, so you can be generous and coat the meat well for more flavour and a good bark. With low and slow cooking the spices have time to develop with the meat, giving good caramelisation on the surface.

The rub comes in outer packaging made of cardboard with a plastic ziplock bag inside, which helps preserve flavour and aroma. Made in Spain.
