Sometimes Always Kosher Style Salt has an ideal grain size of under 2 mm – perfect for enhancing flavour and creating that classic “bark” on meat when grilling or smoking.
This salt is specially developed for BBQ, rubs, and both dry and wet brining of meat, fish, and poultry.
The shape and size of the grains provide the same weight-to-volume ratio as traditional kosher salt, and therefore behave identically in recipes – just without being kosher-certified.
The result is a clean, natural, and balanced salt that distributes evenly, penetrates ingredients well, and elevates the flavour of everything you prepare.
Produced in Spain from 100% natural sodium chloride, and packaged to preserve its perfect texture.
