The Reaper Sauce is Smokin' Ed's original Carolina Reaper® Hot Sauce from PuckerButt Pepper Company, the sauce that started it all. It is made from a full 70% Carolina Reaper® chili and vinegar, and delivers a sharp, clean and powerful heat. Use it on everything from pizza and tacos to soups, meat dishes and sauces, but use it with respect.
The Carolina Reaper® was developed by Smokin’ Ed Currie and for several years held the Guinness World Record as the world's hottest chili. With up to 2.2 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU), it is known for intense heat and a fruity undertone.
