The Traeger Ironwood D2 885 is a pellet grill with double insulated side walls, WiFIRE® app control and Super Smoke Mode. It suits anyone who wants to smoke, slow-cook and grill at a stable temperature all year round, even when it is cold outside.

TurboTemp® gives fast start-up and quick heat recovery after the lid has been opened. Super Smoke Mode gives a stronger smoke flavour at the push of a button. The Downdraft Exhaust® and TRU Convection® System create an efficient flow of smoke and heat for even cooking and a good crust. With WiFIRE® you can monitor and adjust the grill temperature from the Traeger app, wherever you are.
The D2 controller makes setting the temperature as easy as on an oven, and the pellet sensor alerts you in the app when it is time to top up. The grill grate has two height positions: close to the heat to sear a steak, or further away for slow-cooking large cuts at a lower temperature. Porcelain-coated grates, a brushless motor and rugged all-terrain wheels make the grill built for many years of use.

Can I control the grill from my phone?
Yes. With WiFIRE® you can monitor and adjust the grill temperature from the Traeger app, and the pellet sensor alerts you in the app when you need to top up.
Can the grill be used in winter?
Yes. The double insulated side walls keep the temperature stable even in cold weather, so you can grill all year round.
How hot does the grill get?
The maximum temperature is 260°C. For a good crust, the grate can be set in the position closest to the heat.
How much food will fit?
The total grilling area is 5709 cm², with room for 10 chickens, 7 rib racks or 9 pork butts.
