The Traeger Rib Rack holds racks of ribs upright in the grill. This leaves air around each rack, so heat and smoke spread evenly over all of the meat. The rack is well suited to low-and-slow cooking of spare ribs, for example, and lets you fit more racks on the same grill surface.
