VITOP S lets you connect a hose to a bag-in-box (BIB), such as the bag in a Fresh Wort Kit, and transfer the contents straight into your fermenter. You can also use it to fill empty BIB bags.
VITOP S is a hygienic and user-friendly connector for bag-in-box, developed for safe dispensing of liquids for food use. It is certified for food contact, easy to clean and can be sterilised if needed. You get a clean and steady flow without spills.
The connector is particularly well suited for wine and post-mix, but also works well for brewing. It can be used with a pump or with gravity, and is easy to fit and to remove by hand.

Does the VITOP S fit a Fresh Wort Kit?
Yes. With the connector you can attach a hose to the bag of a Fresh Wort Kit and transfer the wort to your fermenter without spills.
Should I add water to the wort?
No. A Fresh Wort Kit is 20 litres of ready-brewed wort. You pour it into the fermenter and pitch the yeast that comes with it. Never add water.
How do I keep the connector clean?
It is easy to clean and can be sterilised if needed. Like everything else that touches the wort after the boil, it should be cleaned and sanitized before use.
Can I fill empty bags with it?
Yes. The VITOP S can also be used to fill empty BIB bags.
