The YAKINIKU XLARGE Kamado Complete is the top model for those who want an uncompromising grilling experience. With a large grilling surface of 56 cm, you get plenty of space for everything from large cuts of meat like tomahawk to whole fish, making it perfect for both larger gatherings and professional use.
This complete package comes with a base, bamboo side tables, and a pro set that gives you full control over your grilling. The pro set consists of a multilevel system with half-moon grates and heat deflector plates, allowing you to easily combine direct and indirect heat on multiple levels simultaneously. This gives you the ability to sear meat at high heat on one side, while it gently finishes cooking on the other.
The grill is constructed from extra-thick ceramic combined with cordierite, which provides excellent heat insulation and makes it robust enough for use in all weather conditions. Details in 304 stainless steel ensure a long lifespan and high durability.
The temperature is precisely adjusted using the daisy wheel vent on top and the bottom air intake. This makes it easy to control the heat, whether you want quick grilling at high temperatures or long-term cooking with the low & slow method.
The Kamado also has an integrated wood chipper opening, which allows you to add smoke without opening the lid and losing heat. The wood chipper is sold separately.
YAKINIKU means "grilled meat" and has roots in Japanese grilling tradition. With this kamado, you essentially get a complete outdoor kitchen that can be used for everything from grilling and smoking to baking pizza and bread.
