1.5" Tri-Clamp Union Sight Glass – see inside the tank or line
A sight glass with 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections, made from 304 stainless steel and tempered glass. It is fitted between two 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections so you can see what is happening in the fermenter or in the line, for example during transfers or cleaning. Brumetal is Brewshop's own brand of parts in top-quality 304 stainless steel.

What do I need to install the sight glass?
A 1.5" Tri-Clamp clamp and a 1.5" Tri-Clamp gasket for each connection.
Can the sight glass handle hot wort and pressure?
The glass is tempered and rated to 300 °C and 1000 PSI. How well it seals also depends on the gaskets and clamps.
