What does FPT mean?

FPT stands for Female Pipe Thread, i.e. an internal thread. The thread follows the American NPT standard.

Can I use BSP parts on the NPT thread?

BSP and NPT have different thread profiles and should not be mixed. Use parts with a 1/2" NPT external thread.

Are the clamp and gasket included?

No. The 34 mm Tri-Clamp connection needs a 34 mm clamp and a gasket, which are sold separately.
