This adapter goes from 34mm Tri-Clamp to 1/4" FPT, meaning female NPT threads. It is used when you want to fit a part with 1/4" NPT male threads, such as a gas nipple, a pressure gauge or a valve, to a 34mm Tri-Clamp port. The adapter is made by Brumetal in top-quality 304 stainless steel.

What does FPT mean?
FPT stands for Female Pipe Thread, meaning internal pipe threads to the NPT standard. The part you screw in needs 1/4" NPT male threads (MPT).
Does it fit BSP threads?
NPT is a tapered thread and BSP is a different standard. They are not meant to be combined, so choose parts with NPT threads.
What do I need to fit the Tri-Clamp side?
The Tri-Clamp side is fitted with a 34mm clamp and a 34mm gasket. They are not included.
