Amundsen Apocalyptic Thunder Juice all-grain beer kit
Amundsen Brewery's Apocalyptic Thunder Juice stands out with its rich blend of hop varieties. Particularly prominent is the Mosaic hop, known for its deep and resinous aroma. This hop also offers flavor notes of berries and tropical fruit, which, together with the beer's amber body and hints of caramel and bread from the carefully selected malt, provides a balanced and complex taste experience. Although the Mosaic hop gives a distinct character to the beer, it is the interplay of all ingredients that makes this IPA a unique taste journey. It is both profound and inviting, promising an extraordinary beer experience.
NOTE! In this beer kit, the hops are supplied in full 50g packages. You will need to use your own scale to measure the correct amount of hops during the brewing day.

- Yields approx. 22-23 liters (29 liters pre-boil, approx. 25 liters for fermentation)

Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is uncrushed. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for your brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
