Extraction hood for Brewtools B150pro – collects the steam from the boil
The extraction hood sits over the kettle of a Brewtools B150pro and collects the steam produced during the boil, so it can be led away instead of filling the room. It is intended for owners of a B150pro. The model has been discontinued and replaced by the Brewtools B25, B50, B100 and B180, but the hood is still sold as an accessory and spare part for existing systems.
The hood also fits the Ss Brew Kettle 189 litres.

Order separately
A flange, Tri-Clamp clamp and gasket for the top port are not included and must be ordered separately.
Frequently asked questions about the extraction hood for Brewtools B150pro
What do I connect to the top port?
The top port is a 4" Tri-Clamp connection. You can fit a flange and connect it to an extraction system, or use the Brewtools steam condenser, which cools the steam into water using cold water instead of releasing it into the room.
Can I add hops with the hood in place?
Yes. The hood has a 110 mm inspection hatch with a silicone plug, designed for adding hops without lifting off the hood.
Does the hood fit the new Brewtools models?
This hood is made for the Brewtools B150pro. If you have one of the new models (B25, B50, B100 or B180), please contact us before ordering so we can find the right part.
