Description
Steam Condenser for Brewtools
A steam condenser is a good alternative to an exhaust system when brewing beer, cooling steam into liquid by spraying water onto it through a nozzle. The cooled steam then flows out of the condenser into a drain or bucket. The condenser fits the exhaust hood for Brewtools B40pro, B80pro, or B150pro. With it, you will use lower power during boiling*
The product comes with a nozzle that delivers 1.1 liters of water per minute at 4 bar, and fits both B40pro, B80pro, and B150pro.
Included in the box:
- TC 4" to TC 2" adapter (1 pc)
- 20cm TC 2" pipe (2 pcs)
- TC 2" T-piece (1 pc)
- TC 2" 90-degree elbow (1 pc)
- TC 2" 1/8" nozzle adapter with TC34mm inlet (1 pc)
- TC 2" to 19mm hose adapter (1 pc)
- TC 2" Clamp (6 pcs)
- TC 2" Gasket (6 pcs)
- 1/8" BSP-T nozzle, 30 degrees, 1.1 liters per minute @ 4 bar (1 pc)
You also need:
- Exhaust hood for your brewing machine
- TC 4" Clamp and gasket
- Adapter for water inlet (TC34mm to hose or Gardena adapter, etc.)
- Drain hose (16x25mm)
- A TC34mm 90-degree elbow is recommended for the water inlet.
*Note that you need much less power to boil with this unit, and there is a high risk of boil-overs if too much power is used. Be sure to take the necessary precautions. To maintain the vacuum, the drain hose must not have back pressure. We recommend draining into a bucket where the hose is not submerged in water, or that the drain hose hangs over a floor drain.
