Bad Santa Juleøl all-grain beer kit – spiced Christmas beer with muscovado
Bad Santa is an all-grain beer kit from Brewolution for a Christmas beer with a full and complex body. The aroma features Saaz hops, star anise and cardamom, and the muscovado sugar adds caramel notes. Like all Brewolution all-grain kits, it contains what you need for a 23–25 litre brew, here including sugar, spices and wort finings.
The kit is for brewers who brew from scratch with a brewing system, mashing and boiling themselves.

Unmilled malt for fresh ingredients
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. If you do not already have one, we recommend a malt mill so that your ingredients are completely fresh on brew day. Freshly milled malt gives the best result.
