Ball lock adapter for Tapcooler counter pressure bottle filler – CO2 from a Cornelius keg
With this adapter you can easily borrow the CO2 connection from a Cornelius keg when filling bottles with the Tapcooler counter pressure bottle filler. The adapter inserts directly into the push-fit CO2 connector on the filler and fits grey ball lock disconnects (gas). A release tool is included.
How to use the adapter
- Insert the adapter into the counter pressure filler first, then connect the ball lock disconnect.
- When bottle filling is finished, remove the ball lock disconnect before taking the adapter out of the filler.
- Press the collet of the push-fit connector and pull the adapter straight out. The release tool makes this easier.

Which ball lock disconnects fit?
The adapter fits grey ball lock disconnects, i.e. the gas disconnects on Cornelius kegs.
Should I take CO2 from the keg I am filling from?
When filling many bottles, it is best to take the CO2 connection from a different keg than the one you are filling from.
Is the release tool included?
Yes. The release tool is included and makes it easier to remove the adapter from the push-fit connector.
