BEST Caramel® Hell Malt - Bestmalz
BEST Caramel® Hell intensifies the typical caramel malt aroma of the beer and leads to a full-bodied taste reminiscent of honey and toffee. The beer color shifts towards golden yellow to amber, depending on the proportion in the malt blend. Foam and flavor stability are also increased. The gentle caramelization process is the basis for this outstanding specialty malt.
Usage: Up to 50%. For Helles, Märzen, wheat beers, light beers, non-alcoholic and reduced-alcohol beers, all golden to amber specialty beers.
