BEST Caramel Munich I Malt - Bestmalz
BEST Caramel® Munich I is the lightest caramel malt in the BEST Caramel® Munich series. The malt aroma changes noticeably with increasing color depth, from caramel sweet to nutty, with hints of almonds and lightly toasted bread. With BEST Caramel® Munich, rich and dark colors can be produced in the beer even with low proportions in the malt blend. Due to the special caramelization process, a very even caramelization is achieved in the grain. This eases the brewing process and contributes to a pleasant aroma profile in the beer.
Usage: Up to 50%. For Altbier, Märzen, wheat beer, Bock beer, and all dark beer styles.
