BEST Roasted Malt - Bestmalz
BEST Roasted Barley gives beer a characteristic dark colour depth. Depending on the amount, it complements the flavour profile of the beer with intense roasted notes and bitter aromas reminiscent of strong black coffee or Italian espresso. The foam stability of the beer is also significantly improved. The barley is roasted directly without malting.
Usage: Up to 5%. Indispensable for typical Irish and Scottish stouts and for intensifying the colour and aroma of dark beers, porters, and dark ales.
