Blueberry Purée
The fruit purées from Fruits Rouges & Co are pasteurised and can be poured directly into the fermentation vessel.
All selected fruits meet Fruits Rouges & Co's strict requirements concerning their specifications, including Brix values, size, colour, and pesticide residues. To ensure consistent quality, the final product is inspected at the end of the production run and undergoes a series of taste tests to guarantee a flavour and colour identical to fresh fruit.
90% fruit / 10% sugar.
Unopened packaging can be stored at room temperature but is recommended at 15°C or lower.
