Bohemian Pilsner from Weyermann is a pale pilsner malt made from Bohemian malting barley. It gives a nutty, malty-sweet aroma and is the foundation of an authentic Czech pilsner with solid malt character. The malt can be used for up to 100% of the grist. The 25 kg sack suits breweries and brewers who brew often and want their base malt in bulk.
