Bonsak Julesnadder All-Grain Beer Kit
In collaboration with Bonsak Farm Malting, we present Julesnadder, a Christmas beer with 100% Bonsak malt, based on Scotch strong ale. This Christmas beer is malt-driven and has a particularly rich flavor from Honning and Special N specialty malts.
This beer doesn't require as long a maturation period as many other Christmas beers, making it a perfect beer kit for those who are late with their Christmas brew.
Bonsak Farm Malting produces high-quality malt from barley grown on their own farm in Skogn, Trøndelag. Bonsak combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to offer a unique quality product with local character. Through floor malting and the use of carefully selected barley varieties, aroma components are produced that open up entirely new taste experiences.

- Yields approximately 22 liters (24 liters for fermentation)

- Fermentation: 14 days at 18-20°C
Yeast: 2 pcs Nottingham Ale.
Carbonation sugar, fining agents, and optional yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brewing day. Freshly milled malt is fantastic!
