Brewtools B100 Mash Tun

The Brewtools B100 Mash Tun is an external mash tun designed for those who want to expand their Brewtools B100 into a more complete 2-vessel system. By moving the mashing to a separate tank, you get significantly increased malt capacity and a more efficient brewing process, while eliminating the need for a crane or lifting device for the malt pipe.

The mash tun has a total capacity of 110 liters and a malt capacity of up to 38 kg. This makes it well-suited for larger batches, stronger beers, and brews where standard malt pipe capacity becomes a limitation.

The tank comes with a door and a malt chute, so spent grain can be more easily emptied after mashing. This provides a more practical workflow and makes cleaning easier after brewing.

The integrated FCS Brew Pump connects to your B100 and is automatically controlled via an integrated top-level sensor. The wort is circulated over the grain via the center pipe, and the mash tun uses the same 3-way CleanCore valve at the bottom as the B100. This provides a neat, functional, and well-designed setup that fits well into the Brewtools system.

The B100 Mash Tun is made of 304 stainless steel with materials such as food-grade silicone, EPDM, and POK. This provides a robust and hygienic solution developed for serious homebrewing and small-scale production.
