Brewtools B100 Brewing System 2x230V 6kW | Brewing Machine

The Brewtools B100 Brewing System is developed for brewers who want a larger, more professional and flexible brewing system without transitioning to a traditional multi-vessel system. With a 100-liter pre-boil volume, the B100 is perfect for experienced home brewers, brewing clubs, and small production environments that desire higher capacity and better control throughout the brewing process.

This model comes in a 2x230V version with 6kW heating power. This provides ample capacity for heating and boiling, while allowing the system to be used in premises where two separate 230V circuits are available. Power cables are sold separately, so you can adapt the setup to your local installation.

The B100 features a 10° conical bottom and indirect heating. This ensures even heat distribution and helps reduce the risk of scorching during brewing. The conical bottom also makes handling trub, whirlpool, and cleaning more efficient.

The system is equipped with an integrated FCS pump and FCS Brewing control system as standard. The modern 8" high-resolution touchscreen provides a clear overview of the brewing process and makes it easy to control temperature, pump, and workflow throughout.

The Brewtools B100 uses 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections, offering high flexibility, easy disassembly, and a tidy, professional setup. The system has a bottom valve and drain/whirlpool valve with 3-way Clean Core valves, providing excellent control over circulation, draining, emptying, and whirlpool.

The B100 comes with an articulated steam hat included. For even greater flexibility, the system can also be expanded with an external mash tun with a pump, making it possible to increase malt capacity and handle stronger beers or larger brews.
