Brewtools B180 Mash Tun

The Brewtools B180 Mash Tun is an external mash tun designed for those who want to expand their Brewtools B180 into a more efficient 2-vessel system. By moving mashing to a separate tank, you get significantly increased malt capacity and a more flexible brewing process, while eliminating the need for a crane or lifting device for the malt pipe.

The mash tun has a total capacity of 198 liters and a malt capacity of up to 65 kg. This makes it highly suitable for larger batches, strong beers, and brews where a high malt quantity is necessary.

The tun comes with a door and a malt chute, allowing used malt to be emptied more easily after mashing. This provides a more practical and tidier workflow, especially for larger brews where handling the amount of malt can otherwise be cumbersome.

The integrated FCS Brew Pump connects to your B180 and is automatically controlled via an integrated top-level sensor. The wort is circulated over the grain via the center tube, and the mash tun uses the same 3-way CleanCore valve at the bottom as the B180. This provides a comprehensive and functional setup that fits seamlessly into the Brewtools system.

The B180 Mash Tun is made of 304 stainless steel with materials such as food-grade silicone, EPDM, and POK. This provides a robust, hygienic, and reliable solution for serious homebrewers and small-scale brewery setups.
