Description

Brewtools B180 Brewing System 2x230V 6.6kW – brewing machine for 30–180 litres

The Brewtools B180 is an all-in-one brewing machine for serious home brewers, brewing clubs, pilot breweries and smaller microbreweries that need more capacity and a more professional setup. The system has a total capacity of 197 litres, is designed for batches from 30 to 180 litres and takes up to 45 kg of grain.

The B180 has a 10° conical bottom and indirect heating, which gives even heat distribution and easy cleaning. The integrated cooling jacket chills the wort efficiently, and the included whirlpool setup gives better yield and cleaner separation of trub and hop debris.

The machine is controlled by the FCS Brewing control system with an 8" IPS touch screen. It uses PT1000 temperature sensors and communicates via CAN bus. The screen connects with a single cable and has a ball mount, so it can be placed wherever suits you. Wort flow from the FCS Brew Pump is controlled by the patented CleanCore 3-way valve from the front of the machine. TC ports on the side make it easy to expand with, for example, sparge water, external cooling or a bypass.

The malt pipe hangs from a hinged mount and can be tilted for easier emptying. For greater grain capacity the B180 can be expanded with the Brewtools B180 Mash Tun.

Remember power cables for your region (sold separately).
