The B50 has a 10-degree conical bottom and indirect heating. This contributes to even heat distribution and reduces the risk of wort or particles burning onto the bottom during brewing. The integrated FCS pump makes it easy to recirculate the wort during mashing and provides excellent control throughout the entire brewing process.
The system is equipped with both a bottom valve and a drain/whirlpool valve, providing flexibility for draining, circulation, and whirlpool. The malt pipe has foldable hooks that hold it in position during sparging, and the system comes with a steam hat with hinge and handle.
As standard, the B50 comes with the FCS Brewing control system. This provides modern and clear control via an 8" high-resolution touchscreen. The screen can be moved with a single cable, allowing you to easily adapt the setup to your brewing space and workflow.
