Description
Brewtools B50 Brewing System 230V 3.3kW – brewing machine with 50 litres pre-boil
The Brewtools B50 Brewing System is an all-in-one brewing machine for home brewers who want to brew bigger batches while keeping a compact, user-friendly system. With a 50 litre pre-boil volume and 3.3 kW of heating power on 230 V single phase, it handles most home brews.
The B50 has a 10 degree conical bottom and indirect heating. That gives even heat distribution and less risk of wort or particles scorching. The integrated FCS pump recirculates the wort during the mash. The machine has both a bottom valve and a drain/whirlpool valve, the malt pipe has fold-out hooks that hold it in place while sparging, and the hinged steam hood with handle is included.
The B50 is controlled by the FCS Brewing control system with an 8" high-resolution touch screen. The screen connects with a single cable and can be moved to wherever suits your brewing space.
Remember a power cable for your region (sold separately).

Frequently asked questions about the Brewtools B50
Is the power cable included?
No. The power cable is sold separately, so you get the right cable for your region.
What power supply does the B50 need?
The B50 runs on 230 V single phase and draws 15 A.
What is the benefit of a conical bottom and indirect heating?
Heat is spread evenly and the wort is less likely to scorch. The conical bottom collects trub and hop debris during whirlpool and makes draining and cleaning easier.
What mash temperature should I use?
A typical mash temperature is 63–68 °C. Lower temperatures give a drier beer, higher ones more body. It is a good idea to check the temperature with a separate thermometer.
