Brewtools F150 Unitank – 150L fermenter

The Brewtools F150 Unitank is a stainless steel fermenter for ambitious homebrewers, brewing clubs and small breweries. It is used for fermentation, clarification and carbonation in one and the same tank. It has an external cooling jacket, a PureBlast surface and is rated for 2 bar working pressure. The recommended working volume is 45–140 litres.

How much beer can I ferment in the F150?

The gross volume is 150 litres. The recommended working volume is 45 to 140 litres, so the tank suits both smaller and larger batches.

Can I ferment and carbonate under pressure?

Yes. The tank is rated for 2 bar working pressure and comes with a 2 bar pressure relief valve. With a spunding valve you can ferment under pressure, and with a carbonation stone you can carbonate in the tank. Leave 15–20 % headspace when pressure fermenting.

How do I cool the tank?

The cooling jacket sits in the vertical wall and connects via 34 mm TC. It is designed for coolant from a glycol chiller.

How is the tank shipped?

The tank is too large and heavy for a parcel and is shipped on a pallet.
