In times gone by, travelers to London sought refuge on Brixton's Coldharbour Lane. Nowadays, it's a free-spirited street where anything goes, and its bohemian origins have inspired this pilsner. Coldharbour is full of fearless craft character. Clean, crisp, and floral. Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor – sit back, take a sip, and get a taste of Brixton!
The recipe has been refined since it was first brewed by Brixton in 2015.
Brixton Brewery is currently one of London's and England's hottest microbreweries. Located in the Brixton district, a vibrant, multicultural area with Caribbean roots in South London, and the birthplace of David Bowie. With the idea that "every great neighborhood deserves a great brewery," Brixton Brewery was established in 2013 with one employee. Today, the team consists of 25 dedicated and talented individuals with high ambitions and a focus on quality.
With a modern twist on traditional brewing styles, you can expect bold, modern, and always perfectly balanced beers.

- Contents: Malted grain (4.5 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
- Yields approx. 21-22 liters (28 liters pre-boil, approx. 24 liters for fermentation)
- OG: 1.040
- FG: 1.005
- EBC 6
- IBU 22
- ABV 4.5%
- Fermentation: 4 days at 12°C, 10 days at 15°C
- Yeast: 2 packets W-34/70
Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
