Château Café Light from Castle Malting is a Belgian coffee malt at 250 EBC (94.8 °Lovibond), supplied in a 25 kg sack. The malt is roasted with flavour development at up to 200 °C and gives a nutty, light coffee flavour and aroma to beer.

Usage
Stouts, porters, Scottish ale, dark Belgian-style beers, and in small amounts in brown ales for a hint of freshly roasted coffee. Up to 10% of the grist.
