Candimic Dark-78 from Belgosuc is a powerful dark candy syrup made from sugar beets and specially developed for beer styles that require depth, body, and dark complexity. With its very high color value (1800–2000 EBC) and 100% fermentability of dry matter, it provides a distinct alcohol contribution without residual sweetness – while adding complex, deep flavor nuances.
Taste and Aroma – Intense and Complex
This syrup provides rich and distinct flavors of molasses, burnt caramel, dried fruit, and licorice, with an almost roasted depth that suits the heaviest beer styles. Compared to lighter candy syrup, Candimic Dark-78 has a much more robust character – ideal when you want a powerful and complex result.

- Can be used for both color adjustment and to develop a rich flavor with dried fruit, spicy notes, and caramelized depth.
Storage and Handling
The product is supplied in 25 kg buckets. Store dry and clean, in original sealed packaging. Due to the syrup's sensitivity to crystallization, storage above 15 °C is recommended.
