Caramalt from Thomas Fawcett & Sons is a lightly roasted crystal malt with a pale golden colour and a very light, sweet malt flavour with a hint of caramel and honey. How to order
The price is per 100 g. Choose the quantity you need, for example 5 for 500 g or 30 for 3 kg, and choose whole or crushed malt.

What is the difference between Caramalt and Pale Crystal Malt?
Caramalt is paler (25–40 EBC) and mainly adds sweetness and a golden colour. Pale Crystal Malt (60–90 EBC) adds a little more colour and a clearer caramel note.

Can I get the malt crushed?
Yes. Choose crushed malt when you order. Brewshop stores the malt uncrushed and only crushes it when you order, because crushed malt starts to lose flavour and aroma.
