Cervisiam Jungle Juice – all-grain beer kit for imperial IPA
Jungle Juice is a tropical imperial IPA from Cervisiam in Oslo, and this all-grain beer kit was made in collaboration with the brewery. The beer is brewed with Cervisiam's favourite hop, Nelson Sauvin, and generous amounts of other tropical hops, 600 grams of hops in total. The kit is for brewers who brew with their own brewing system, mashing and boiling from scratch.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. If you do not already have a grain mill, we recommend getting one so you can mill the malt fresh on brew day.

Should I keg or bottle Jungle Juice?
Hoppy beer does not tolerate oxygen well and is best fresh. Kegging is preferable. If you bottle it, keep it cold and drink it within a couple of weeks.
