Chinook hop pellets
Chinook is an American hop with high alpha acid content and strong aromas of pine, spice, grapefruit, and resinous notes. It is often used in IPAs, porters, stouts, and other beer styles that can handle a distinct and robust hop profile. Chinook works well as both a bittering and aroma hop, and is often combined with hops such as Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe. A good choice for those who want a prominent character in both taste and aroma.
