Craft Series Red IPA extract kit 2.5 kg – balanced red IPA with Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin
Red IPA from Mangrove Jack's Craft Series is a well-balanced red IPA with a pleasant malt body, complex fruit flavours and a dry, satisfying bitterness. The extract kits in the Craft Series contain liquid malt extract, dry yeast and in some cases dry hops. Sugar for carbonation is not included.
To brew Red IPA you also need 1.2 kg liquid malt extract, also known as Pure Malt Enhancer, to reach the desired alcohol content. Malt extract gives the beer better flavour, body and mouthfeel than adding sugar or dextrose.
