Do you want to order a pre-mixed malt blend according to a recipe?
Place your order for the malt types in whole 100g increments (choose whole or crushed), and write in the comment field when you get to the checkout, for example: "Malt blend: 5.4kg pale ale malt, 270g Cara Blond...etc."
Crystal Malt - Thomas Fawcett & Sons
A great crystal malt that provides a moderate amber/orange color and a caramel/toffee flavor. Normal use is 5-10% of the total malt bill for ale.
