Duofiller Mono (G3) Can Filler

The Duofiller Mono is the third generation Duofiller. It can fill both cans and bottles. Press the button and it will purge the can/bottle with CO2 before filling to the desired fill level.

It can be used for all standard cans: 250ml - 330ml - 440ml - 500ml. It can also fill almost all types of bottles up to 500ml (you must hold the bottle while filling).

The Duofiller Mono (G3) is a bottle and can filler that quickly, accurately, and with minimal spillage or waste, fills cans or bottles to a set fill level.

Usage

The Duofiller will first purge the can/bottle with CO2 before filling to the desired fill level. The fill level is easily programmed by entering programming mode, filling to the desired level, and then manually stopping it with a single press of the button. Subsequent fills will then automatically stop at the set fill level.

Cleaning

Cleaning is as easy as filling! Simply connect a keg of water, line cleaner, disinfectant, etc., and run a filling cycle to clean the machine. The Duofiller uses so-called pinch valves that flatten a soft hose to close. This means there are no cavities or narrow passages where particles can get stuck or that can be difficult to clean.

If sterilization is needed, all parts that come into contact with the beverage can be easily disassembled and, for example, boiled in water in a large pot.

Design

The Duofiller is designed to be wall-mounted. We know you'd rather use your counter space for other things, and screws for wall mounting are included.

It has a dedicated push-button that you use to start filling. No screens with small text or tiny buttons that you have to fiddle with to make it work. The fill level is easily programmed using the same push-button, and if you need to make other settings, it has a web interface that you can open from a standard web browser. The web interface is located locally on the machine, meaning there are no cloud solutions that you need to rely on to be operational in the future.

Included

• Hose set with 1 pc 2.5m 3/16" John Guest type filling hose intended for normally carbonated beverages. Also included is a 3/16" filling hose with a slightly smaller inner diameter, for use with highly carbonated beverages.
• 12V power supply for Norwegian sockets.

You will need

• If it is to be connected to Cornelius kegs, you will need 1 black ball lock fitting with threads. If it is to be connected to a unitank, we recommend a tri-clamp fitting.
• Hose and regulator for CO2. The CO2 for the Duofiller should be max 0.2bar, so it is best to have a regulator with a dedicated output for use with the Duofiller. If CO2 is taken from the same output on the regulator as the keg, a secondary regulator (inline regulator) can be used to provide 0.2bar output.
• Pressurized container/keg/unitank. On the keg, the pressure must be min 0.5bar/max 1.4bar.
