Duofiller Mono (G3) – automatic can filler that also fills bottles
The Duofiller Mono is the third generation of the Duofiller, and it fills both cans and bottles. Press the button and it purges the can or bottle with CO2 before filling to the desired level. It fills quickly and accurately to the set fill level, with minimal spillage and waste.
It can be used with all standard cans of 250, 330, 440 and 500 ml. It also fills almost all types of bottles up to 500 ml, but you have to hold the bottle while it fills.

How to use the Duofiller
The Duofiller first purges the can or bottle with CO2 and then fills to the desired level. You program the fill level by putting the machine in programming mode, filling to the level you want and stopping it manually with a press of the button. After that, every fill stops automatically at the set level.
Cleaning
Cleaning is as easy as filling. Connect a keg of water, line cleaner, sanitizer or similar, and run a fill cycle to clean the machine. The Duofiller uses pinch valves, which squeeze a soft tube flat to close. There are therefore no cavities or narrow passages where particles can get stuck or that are hard to clean.
If you need to sterilise, all parts in contact with the beverage can easily be taken apart and, for example, boiled in water in a large pot.
Design
The Duofiller is designed to be wall-mounted, so you can use your counter space for other things. Screws for wall mounting are included. You start filling with one dedicated push button, with no screen with small text or tiny buttons. The fill level is programmed with the same button. Other settings are made in a web interface that you open in an ordinary browser. The web interface runs locally on the machine, so you do not depend on a cloud service staying online in the future.

You will also need
- For Cornelius kegs: 1 black ball lock fitting with thread. For a unitank we recommend a Tri-Clamp fitting.
- Hose and regulator for CO2. The CO2 to the Duofiller must be max 0.2 bar, so a regulator with a dedicated outlet for the Duofiller is best. If you take CO2 from the same outlet as the keg, you can use a secondary (inline) regulator set to 0.2 bar.
- A pressurised vessel, keg or unitank. The keg pressure must be min 0.5 bar and max 1.4 bar.

How do I clean the machine?
