Elmega two-chamber plate chiller 2000 l/h – wort chiller for breweries
A professional plate chiller from Elmega in Spain, made to cool the wort quickly after the boil. The chiller has 56 plates and two chambers, each with its own cooling water connection. It is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and can be cleaned with CIP.

How cold does the wort get?
The chiller brings the wort from 95 °C down to 2 °C above the cooling water temperature. With cooling water at 10 °C, 12 °C is the lowest you can reach.
How much wort can it handle per hour?
Maximum capacity is 2300 litres per hour from 95 °C to 2 °C above the cooling water temperature.
Can the chiller be cleaned with CIP?
Yes, the plate chiller can be cleaned with CIP (Cleaning in Place).
What is the delivery time?
