Description

Grifo FCP20 Professional Plate Filter with 20 Plates, 20x20cm

The FCP20 is a plate filter designed for professional use and natural foodstuff filtration. Crafted with attention to detail and built with high-quality materials, its entire structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring high hygiene and long durability.

The filter is equipped with linear nylon plates between which the filtration layers are placed. The pump is optimized for use with 20 filtration layers but can also be used with more or fewer layers, depending on the desired hourly production capacity. To maintain stable pressure, the filter is equipped with a pressure gauge and a liquid control valve.

The FCP20 is easy to assemble, allows for quick replacement of filtration layers, and minimizes waste. The model is mounted on a stainless steel trolley with wheels and a liquid collection tank. For increased filtration capacity, a bypass valve can be installed on the pump and an additional stainless steel plate.

Filter plates are purchased separately in packs of 25.
