Upgrading Ferminator Basic to Ferminator Connect
The new Ferminator Basic has the potential to be upgraded to a Connect, allowing you to control it online and view current temperatures and settings.
You can check if you have one of the new Ferminator Basic models: Look at the product data on the back of the cooling/heating unit. If the serial number is listed in this format, XXXX-XXX-XXX, then you can upgrade the unit.
Procedure for ordering an upgrade
After ordering the upgrade, please send an email to kundeservice@brewshop.no and attach a picture of the serial number on your Ferminator Basic. The serial number must be legible in the picture. We will then forward this email to Brewolution.
Once Brewolution has received the email from us with the serial number, your name, and email address, they will manually generate a code to unlock the WiFi module on your Ferminator Basic. This may take 1-3 business days.
You will then receive an email from Brewolution with the code used for the upgrade. Along with the code, you will receive a short guide and video guide on how to upgrade your Ferminator Basic.
PS! Delivery
If you only order this upgrade, there is no physical product to be shipped. Therefore, choose "pick up in store" as the delivery method to avoid paying for shipping.
