Flex CO2 hop extract for bitterness
Flex has a high alpha acid concentration and contains no solid materials. Hop additions in the wort and whirlpool can be significantly reduced compared to pellets, and losses due to vegetative material can be almost completely eliminated. It is 100% liquid hops, providing consistent bitterness, and great practical and economic benefits.
Flex is simply poured directly into the kettle at the beginning of the boil.
