FLOTit 2.0 Floating Dip Tube
FLOTit 2.0 is a floating dip tube with a filter that replaces the dip tube in your Cornelius keg, so you pour clear beer from the top of the keg instead of from the bottom. It now also comes with the Max Headroom Gas Dip Tube, which gives maximum headspace in the keg.
The problem with a standard dip tube
Cornelius kegs normally have a stainless steel dip tube that draws beer from the bottom. The first beer poured is often full of sediment that can clog the dip tube or the post. You do not get clear beer until most of the sediment is gone, and a lot of beer is lost. Many brewers therefore shorten the dip tube, but then a lot of beer is left below it at the bottom.
How FLOTit 2.0 works
With FLOTit 2.0 you always pour clear beer from the top instead of from the bottom where the sediment sits. Dual filters, 300 micron on the inside and 500 micron on the outside, make sure the beer you pour is clean and clear, and you can use the whole keg until only sediment is left.

Why pour from the top of the keg?
Sediment collects at the bottom of the keg. A standard dip tube pulls it into the first glasses and can clog the post. FLOTit floats at the top and pours clear beer all the way down.
Do I need to cut the dip tube?
No. FLOTit 2.0 replaces the dip tube, so you do not have to shorten it and lose beer at the bottom of the keg.
How do I clean FLOTit?
It is easy to take apart, so the filter and tubing can be cleaned and sanitized separately.
What is the Max Headroom Gas Dip Tube?
