Description

Fuggle hop pellets 5 kg – traditional English aroma hop

Fuggle is a traditional British aroma hop with mild bitterness and earthy, herbal and slightly woody aromas. The variety was propagated by and named after Richard Fuggle in Kent in 1875. It is mainly used in classic English beer styles such as bitter, porter, mild ale and ESB, and gives the beer a round, balanced hop profile. The 5 kg pack suits breweries and large batches.

The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at -18 °C. Keep them cold, dark and airtight, preferably in the freezer. Stored this way they keep for a long time, including hops from earlier harvests. Once opened, divide the hops into airtight bags, ideally vacuum-sealed, and return them to the freezer.
