Gas burner / crab cooker 6.5 kW for homebrewing
A powerful cast iron burner from Flowtech for heating brew kettles and other large pots. The burner delivers up to 6.5 kW with a 30 mbar regulator, or 8 kW with 50 mbar. It has piezo ignition and a flame failure device.
The flame failure device is a thermal safety feature that works with a thermocouple. It shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Thanks to this, the burner can also be used indoors, but only with a 30 mbar regulator. Always make sure there is good ventilation.
