Gas Burner - Crab Boiler for Beer Brewing

A powerful cast iron burner from Flowtech with an output of up to 6.5 kW with a 30mBar regulator, or 8kW with a 50mBar regulator.

A 30mBar regulator set can be purchased as an accessory, and comes complete with regulator, hose, and hose clamps.

The gas burner is equipped with a flame failure device, allowing it to be used indoors (only with a 30mBar regulator!). A flame failure device is a thermal safety feature that uses a thermocouple to ensure the gas supply is cut off if the flame extinguishes.
