Gozney Arc XL – 16" gas-powered pizza oven
The Gozney Arc XL is a compact, gas-powered outdoor pizza oven with room for a 16" pizza. Despite its modest outer dimensions, the oven has a generous cooking floor and high heat efficiency. This version comes in Off Black.
The lateral rolling flame technology mimics the flame in traditional wood-fired ovens and gives even, consistent heat distribution. This reduces the need to turn the pizza while it bakes, so you can focus on the cooking and the company around the table.
With intuitive flame control and an innovative burner, the Arc XL reaches over 500 °C. That lets you make Neapolitan pizza with an airy crust and the characteristic flavour of a stone oven.
