Gozney Balance Pizza Peel 14" Large – light peel with a flat nose
The Gozney Balance Placement Peel is a pizza peel for launching pizza into the oven with precision and control. The lightweight aluminium blade slides easily under the pizza, and the flat nose adds stability so the pizza does not rock from side to side as you move it.
Small perforations in the blade let excess flour fall through, giving a crisp, clean base without a burnt taste. The beech handle sits comfortably in the hand and moves the balance point closer to you for better control. The handle is replaceable, and the peel has a recycled plastic sleeve and a metal loop for hanging.
