Unmilled malt
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. Once malt is crushed, it starts to lose flavour and aroma. If you don't already have a malt mill, we recommend getting one, so you can crush the malt just before brewing and have completely fresh ingredients on brew day.
