Description
Muntons carbonation drops 160 g – easy bottle carbonation for beer and cider
Muntons carbonation drops are an easy way to carbonate homebrewed beer or cider in bottles. Instead of weighing out sugar or making a priming solution, you put the drops straight into the bottle before filling and capping. The yeast remaining in the beer ferments the sugar and creates carbonation in the bottle. The bag contains 160 g, which is approx. 80 drops.
How to use carbonation drops
- Use 2 drops per 0.5 litre
- Use 1 drop in smaller bottles, such as 330 ml
- Put the drops in sanitized bottles, fill with beer and cap
- Use disposable gloves, preferably sanitized, or sanitized tongs, so you do not transfer bacteria from your fingers
Technical data
